The Salvation Army USA Central Territory in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking energetic instructors to lead classes across Athletics, Recreation, Fine Arts, and Community Education for participants of all ages and skill levels. Qualifications

• Experience teaching or working in the area of instruction specified; required.
• Certification or a degree in a related field or level of expertise is required.
• Must have up-to-date personal insurance prior to employment.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A minimum of one year of experience teaching various or specific group exercise programs.

Responsabilités

• Instruct classes across Athletics, Recreation, Fine Arts and Community Education.
• Design lesson plans and instructional materials; present subject matter and manage classrooms.
• Implement safety measures to ensure participant health and safety.
• Maintain professional demeanor with students, staff, and management; communicate with the program manager.
• Develop, implement and evaluate programs and classes to meet goals; provide feedback to participants.
