Job summary

Garden of the Gods Collection is seeking a part-time Fitness Specialist to greet guests, lead 1–4 group exercise classes, and help with gym operations and personal training recruitment. You will ensure a positive workout experience, manage reservations, and maintain facility cleanliness.

You will coach clients on safe exercise techniques, document preferences, and promote personalized training options in a friendly, professional environment at our Colorado Springs facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of proper body mechanics to prevent injury and strong communication skills.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Ability to manage records, appointments, and customer inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, members and team members and provide outstanding service.
• Teach 1–4 group exercise classes and supervise warm-up, workouts, and cool-down.
• Manage class reservations, check-ins/outs, and payments per policy.
• Promote personal training packages and coach clients toward goals.
• Maintain equipment, sanitation, and retail stock; assist with inquiries.
