Country Club of Colorado, located in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a part-time Group Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer as part of Troon, the world’s leading golf and hospitality company. You will deliver personalized exercise plans and orientation sessions for members and guests while upholding safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.

The role requires open/close duties, strong communication, and a proactive, guest-focused approach in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualificações

• Must communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to schedule.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and follow club policies.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the health facility per hours.
• Provide individualized exercise prescriptions and orientation workouts.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of fitness area and equipment.
• Assist with special events and member programs.
• Provide CPR/First Aid as necessary.
