Monster Energy is seeking a FSOP Field Sales Representative to drive growth across foodservice and on‑premise accounts in the San Leandro region. You will educate bottler reps to expand distribution, increase volume, and execute winning strategies in restaurants, bars, and campuses.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1 year in Sales or Marketing, 1 year in Beverage/CPG, proficiency with CRM tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or CPG.
• Computer operating skills in an office environment to include handheld devices.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record for company insurance.

Responsabilités

• Educate and influence bottler representatives to expand distribution.
• Sell at retail aligned with strategic initiatives and bottler collaboration.
• Utilize CRM and sales data tools to maximize productivity and results.
