Qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process.
• Track record of success with client engagement.
• Experience using dashboards to drive decisions.
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, even under pressure.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative sourcing plans via schools, community engagement, web, and social media.
• Own and write effective content for online job postings.
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fill orders.
• Build and retain an active candidate pipeline; maintain candidate database.
• Re-utilize active candidates to meet open positions and orders.
• Use data to set realistic expectations for timely order fulfillment.
• Participate in whiteboard meetings to understand daily goals.
• Lead candidates through interview cycles based on fit and availability.
• Use CRM to document all activity and vet candidates.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
