Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related maintenance experience.
• High school education preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and meet company driver requirements.
• Basic mathematical abilities and ability to read and interpret instructions.
• Experience working with a variety of trades and safety protocols in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots problems to determine root cause and plan for repair.
• Schedules/communications with outside vendors for major repairs or certified maintenance.
• Performs carpentry repairs, touch-ups, pest control, plumbing and basic electrical repairs.
• Executes work orders to high standards of quality and timeliness.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related equipment.
