Qualifications

• Must have minimum of one year bartending or service-industry experience.
• Must be able to anticipate customer needs and expectations.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must complete TIPS training or show current certification and keep it current.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, upbeat service at the bar and dining areas.
• Greet guests, take orders, and upsell beverages.
• Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.
• Operate cash register and handle cash with accuracy.
• Maintain clean, stocked bar and comply with health codes.
• Assist management by communicating guest feedback and issues.
