Eagle Rock Distributing Co. seeks a Marketing Coordinator to lead hands-on events from planning to teardown, including managing POS materials and equipment logistics. The role supports the VP of Marketing and sales teams to ensure ERDC standards and timely execution.

The position requires physical activity, weekend work, and the ability to coordinate with sponsors, venues, and retailers while maintaining inventory and delivering a professional company image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain a valid driver's license.
• Experience coordinating events and POS activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events from start to finish within budget.
• Deliver and set up event equipment and POS materials.
• Manage asset inventory and ensure POS placement in venues.
• Recap events with summaries and deadline-driven reporting.
