Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated and accurate event records.
• Organize event document files and storage.
• Assist in managing event details such as decor, catering, transportation, invitees, guests, equipment, and print materials.
• Order supplies with high attention to detail.
• Assist in shipping logistics and tracking.
• Maintain expense and budget entries accurately.
• Manage weekly credit card reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot issues on event day and provide on-site support.
• Triage and manage event helpdesk and route requests.
• Assist in event set up and teardown and on-site duties.
