Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of event logistics and setup procedures is beneficial.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, set up and break down event equipment (stages, tables, chairs, decorations, lighting).
• Coordinate with event coordinators to understand event details.
• Ensure setup tasks are completed on time and to the event planner's specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment before, during and after use; report damages.
• Assist with loading and unloading event materials and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines to protect staff and attendees.
• Direct attendees in case of emergencies.
• Perform minor repairs on event equipment when needed.
• Assist in inventory management of event materials.
