Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, set up and break down event equipment (stages, tables, chairs, decorations, lighting).
• Coordinate with event coordinators to understand details and requirements.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and to spec of the event planner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment before, during, and after use; report damages as needed.
• Assist with loading/unloading event materials and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure staff and attendees' safety.
• Direct event attendees in case of emergency.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Assist in inventory management and control of event materials/equipment.
