The role involves supporting event planners, coordinating communications among departments, and maintaining accurate records in Hyatt systems.

• Must be available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support events team, answer phones, update Hyatt systems, coordinate meetings and floor support.
• Communicate clearly with sales, events and operations teams to ensure events run smoothly.
• Attend site tours, manage orders and leads in Hyatt software, assist with VIPs and welcome guests.
