Job summary

LexLive is seeking an organized Event Coordinator to plan and execute events across our venue. This part-time hourly role involves collaborating with restaurant, bar, bowling, theatres, arcade, and event spaces to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You'll manage client communications, create customized event packages, coordinate timelines, food and beverage orders, staffing, and AV needs, and ensure accurate contracts and billing. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, sales, or entertainment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Sales-minded with the ability to build relationships and close bookings.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and event management tools.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from start to event completion
• Plan and coordinate a wide range of events including corporate events, private parties, birthdays, and special screenings
• Create customized event packages utilizing LexLive’s restaurant, bar, bowling, theatres, arcade, and event space
• Coordinate event logistics including timelines, room setups, food & beverage orders, staffing needs, and audiovisual requirements
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Conduct venue tours and client consultations
• Ensure exceptional guest experience before, during, and after events
• Maintain accurate event documentation, contracts, and billing
• Assist with post-event follow-up and client feedback
• Support marketing and promotional efforts related to events and group sales
