• Lead staff at events and caterings.
• Coordinate with guests, managers and kitchen staff for event success.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
• Maintain organization of private rooms and catering areas.
• Inform staff about upcoming events at meetings.
• Coordinate with local venues and events where business is affected.
• Create, mail, and document gift card submissions.
• Conduct first interviews for greeter positions and train staff.
• Work on caterings when needed and be present at large events.
• Schedule interviews for chefs and managers.
• Update catering menu as it changes; manage inventory and restocking.
