Creative Dining Services is seeking a seasonal Caterer at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. You will support the catering team with setup, service, and cleanup for coffee breaks, receptions, and meals, including working nights and weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1 year minimum experience in food service/catering, is dependable, and can manage tasks independently while delivering professional guest interactions at events.

Creative Dining Services at University of Saint Francis is looking for a Caterer in Fort Wayne, IN. Catering staff serves as partner with the catering team, alongside with the Catering Lead & Catering Manager. This includes the actual working of coffee breaks, receptions, and meals including set-up, service, and clean-up. Catering staff interact with customers/ guests at events with professionalism, service and grace. Get an opportunity to serve great hospitality and learn how to set up & serve a variety of caterings.

This is a seasonal catering role requiring night and weekend availability.

Core Responsibilities

• Sets up, serves and cleans up dining room as directed.
• Interacts with guests and customers at events with professionalism, service and grace, upholding the customer service expectations of CDS and the client/account.
• Ensures all dishes, utensils, and other equipment from the storeroom are clean and properly returned to their correct place. Ensures proper lock-up procedures are followed and enforced.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 year minimum experience with food service and catering preferred.
• Responsibility: Managing tasks independently.
• Dependability: Arriving on time consistently.
