• Strong subject knowledge and a love of literature and language that students can feel.
• Evidence-informed, responsive pedagogy and high expectations of every learner.
• Capacity or willingness to teach across SACE and IB pathways (IB experience is valued but not required; training and support are provided)
• Strong communication with students, families and colleagues.
• A collaborative disposition and a genuine interest in contributing to faculty and school life.
