Qualifications

• Master’s degree in English or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in English and one year of post-secondary teaching experience.
• Experience using advanced instructional technology including video, audio, and interactive educational software is required.
• Knowledge of instructional platforms, preferably CANVAS, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Teach 15 credit hours per semester, with day, evening, and weekend classes on and off campus and online/hybrid delivery.
• Develop and maintain quality English curriculum and assess courses.
• Provide academic advising, mentor adjunct and dual enrollment faculty, and participate in college committees.
