Job summary
Demant's Legal Team in Somerset, NJ is seeking an employment and litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience to advise on employment issues, draft agreements, defend EEOC charges, and manage litigation with outside counsel. This on-site role requires collaboration with Senior Counsel and cross‑functional teams to support business operations.

Qualifications
- A law degree from an accredited U.S. Law School and bar admission in PA, NJ or NY.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment and litigation.
- Hands-on, proactive and innovative approach to counseling and disputes.
- Ability to weigh legal risk against business needs and act with integrity.
- Strong research and writing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation internally and coordinate with outside counsel.
- Prepare, negotiate, review and revise employment-related contracts.
- Advise on a broad spectrum of employment issues and EEOC matters.
- Support collaboration across teams and balance risk with business needs.
