Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• California Credential or eligibility to obtain one.
• CLAD/BCLAD/EL learner authorization required.
• Growth mindset with ability to use feedback to refine practice.
• Experience with PBIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality instruction aligned with California standards.
• Assess and analyze student results to inform instruction.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners’ needs.
• Engage families and community partners to support the whole child.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional learning.
• Maintain accurate student records and attend required trainings.
