• Plan and implement Roane County Schools' standards-based curriculum based on WV Content Standards and Objectives.
• Implement adopted and supplemental academic programs.
• Implement 21st Century technology skills.
• Collaborate with special education staff and teachers.
• Plan and implement designated co-curricular activities and programs.
• Be accountable for individual student achievement.
• Plan and implement personalized learning for all students.
• Strong working/communication with students, parents and peers.
• Support school improvement initiatives as directed by principal.
