• Utilizes evidence-based literacy practices for reading, writing, speaking, listening, and literary analysis.
• Collaborates with administration to identify students needing targeted reading intervention.
• Tracks student progress using district tools and informs planning with assessment results.
• Maintains an equitable, safe, and fair learning environment.
• Participates in school management and supervises instructional assistants or volunteers.
• Communicates student progress to parents and students, resolving conflicts professionally.
• Integrates technology and digital literacy tools in daily lessons in line with Maryland standards.
