Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dock operations including loading, unloading, and organizing freight.
• Separate and stage freight for pickup and delivery.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification preferred).
• Print shipping labels and delivery paperwork (DLs).
• Assist with scheduling and preparing shipments for outbound delivery.
• Handle email communication with internal teams and customers.
• Perform general clerical and office duties related to shipping and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements.
• Ensure dock and warehouse areas remain clean and organized.
