Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. The role requires forklift experience and the ability to coordinate activity across loading/unloading, dispatch, and staff communication.

Expected to work on-site, with Monday–Friday hours plus overtime, and occasional Saturdays and Sundays to ensure smooth operations. Benefits include standard health and retirement options as part of the comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years forklift experience required.
• Ability to coordinate warehouse activities and supervise cargo flow.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with movers and drivers assigned to each job each morning.
• Come to the warehouse to load/unload trucks and manage work orders.
• Manage all equipment and trucks in the warehouse.
• Dispatching: coordinate with all employees, send group texts, follow up on jobs.
