Cosmoprof seeks a District Manager to lead in Oregon, overseeing store teams and driving sales and KPIs across assigned locations. You will align field execution with brand standards, analyze performance, and partner with Business Partners to translate strategy into action.

In this role, you will develop recruitment and training programs, manage talent pipelines, and ensure safety, loss prevention, and omni-channel operations while traveling extensively to stores and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in business, management and/or merchandising.
• Requires multi-unit or big box retail management experience.
• Problem solving and driving associate engagement.
• Willingness to travel extensively including overnights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead brand experience to maximize sales and KPIs across stores.
• Develop recruitment, training and motivation programs to build talent.
• Ensure store safety, loss prevention and policy compliance.
• Drive omni-channel operations and store real estate feedback, planning & execution.
