Qualifications

• Accredited Associate's Degree or completion of an accredited Radiologic Sciences Program.
• 1 year of experience required.
• ARRT Certified in Radiography; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient demographics, exam requests, images and QA to PACS; document procedures in RIS.
• Perform radiographic imaging timely and accurately; review orders and patient data for correctness.
• Use RIS, CIS, PACS and SMS to access information and document procedure status; ensure data arrives in PACS.
• Verify patient identity, assess condition, and plan necessary personnel/equipment; respond to emergencies while ensuring patient safety.
