Active Dental is hiring a high-energy Dental Assistant to support chairside clinical tasks and front-office operations at our Prosper, TX clinics. This role offers a mix of clinical and administrative duties and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional dental assisting experience.
• Experience in front-office cross-training, including scheduling and patient communication.
• Comfortable operating dental software and digital imaging systems.
• Excellent multitasking skills with attention to detail and clinical compliance.
• Integrity, openness to feedback, warmth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide four-handed dentistry support and prep treatment rooms.
• Take digital radiographs and assist hygiene with preventative treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and explain treatment plans to patients.
• Oversee sterilization, lab coordination, and inventory.
• Support front-d desk duties for a welcoming patient experience.
• Assist with daily practice opening and closing procedures.
