Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build rapport with others.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and community with members with a consistent coaching schedule.
• Deliver classes within guidelines with prepared equipment and music.
• Complete onboarding and stay updated on training materials.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and presentation throughout sessions.
• Use feedback from management to improve sessions and outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing fitness education and maintain credentials.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff to meet needs.
• Attend department meetings and promotional events.
