U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Rancho Cordova, CA. You will support customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and assist with equipment setup and returns.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, answering customer questions, and completing rental invoicing. Requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma. On-the-job education is provided, with bonuses and promotions available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
