U-Haul in Houston is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our service team. You will assist customers with rentals, inspect and prepare equipment, and use U-Scan technology to track inventory and bookings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and check fluid levels; ensure safety and readiness.
• Educate customers regarding products and services; answer questions.
