Green Circle Growers is seeking a Cross Dock Crew member to support inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory, and optimize warehouse operations. The role requires loading/unloading trucks, receiving goods against POs, and ensuring accurate labeling and storage.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and tow motors, reporting discrepancies, and collaborating with drivers and dispatch to maintain efficient, on-time delivery.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• Prior warehouse, cross-dock, logistics, or freight handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy or ability to learn scanning/warehouse systems.
• Experience operating a tow motor and other material handling equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

• Unload and load trucks manually or using material handling equipment.
• Receive hard goods and live goods into the system against purchase orders and verify quantities.
• Sort, label, scan, handle, and store inbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies on inbound shipments and support corrective actions.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, tow motors, and other equipment safely.
• Load outbound trucks in correct sequence to meet OTIF goals.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams for timely freight movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per OSHA standards.
