Green Circle Growers is hiring for a Cross Dock Crew member in Ohio. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, verify orders, and keep inventory moving smoothly through the warehouse. You’ll work with drivers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely freight movement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, forklift operation, and a commitment to safety. Long hours, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business volume.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience considered.
• Able to read and speak English; strong communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer literacy including scanning/warehouse systems.

Mansioni

• Unload/load trucks manually or with material handling equipment.
• Receive goods and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Sort, label, scan, handle and store inbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts, tow motors).
• Load outbound trucks in sequence to meet OTIF goals.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams for accurate freight movement.
• Maintain clean, safe work area per OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
