• Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports.
• Designs and administers treatment programs to improve functioning.
• Instructs patients in adaptive techniques and use of equipment.
• Fabricates splints and adaptive devices per prescriptions.
• Provides therapy to improve coordination and functional skills.
• Assists with home assessments and patient safety.
