Job summary

Highland Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Salt Lake City team. You will work with our occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote patient independence and mobility.

Qualifications

• Current COTA certification is required.
• Associate degree in occupational therapy or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
