Client is looking for an Experience Designer to join their high-impact marketing team. In this role, you’ll bridge design and data—bringing dynamic templates to life using conditional logic, HTML/CSS, and Adobe InDesign. If you love solving complex problems, organizing content, and collaborating across teams, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Build custom rule sets to ensure the right message reaches the right audience
• Identify and tag content for use in plan/benefit databases
• Maintain and update sentence inventories and content spreadsheets
• Troubleshoot errors and enhance template functionality
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product owners
• Write location logic using database extracts

What You Bring:

• Strong technical mindset and laser-sharp attention to detail
• Experience writing conditional logic or rule-based sequencing
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment with shifting priorities
• Familiarity with metadata/tagging
• Hands-on with templating platforms like Ansira, SproutLoud, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
