Qualifications

• Previous or current lending experience at PCCU or another financial institution.
• Ability to manage loan applications from phone, online channels, and staff referrals.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by achieving loan goals and presenting loan solicitations as recommended from underwriting.
• Process loan applications quickly and accurately within policy standards.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to members and partners to grow loan relationships.
• Meet goals for cross-sell of protection products and ancillary lending products.
• Document all sales activities in the credit union core system.
• Provide exceptional member service and act as trusted lending advisor.
