Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of class action litigation experience.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania or New York.
• Experience in data privacy or consumer class action litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth legal research to develop case strategies.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Responding to discovery demands and managing case-related communications.
• Collaborating with partners to identify and develop new case opportunities.
• Staying informed on emerging trends and legal developments in consumer protection law to strengthen case strategies.
