Lord Gurman & Lewis seeks a skilled associate to advance consumer class action litigation. The role offers the chance to handle high-stakes cases with significant responsibility, including taking depositions and arguing motions, in a firm known for its growing practice group.

We offer a base salary of about $175,000-$235,000, plus a discretionary bonus, with the option to work fully remotely across the continental United States or from a Philadelphia-area office.

Formación

• 3–8 years (or more) of class action litigation experience, preferably consumer class actions (plaintiff- or defense-side).
• Strong writing skills and an interest in consumer class action litigation.
• For a more senior associate, hands-on experience including appearing in court and managing cases.

What the Firm Seeks:

• Three to eight years (or more) of class action litigation experience, and preferably consumer class action experience (plaintiff-side or defense-side)
• Strong writing skills and an interest in focusing on consumer class action litigation
• For a more senior associate, solid hands-on experience, including appearing in court and managing cases

What the Firm Offers:

• Base salary of about $175,000-$235,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus
• Fully remote anywhere in the continental United States, or the option to work from the firm's Philadelphia-area office
