Qualifications

• Experience briefing class certification and/or summary judgment required.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, expert work, and case management.
• Active bar admission in California, New York, or Washington State.

Responsibilities

• Defend complex consumer class actions involving false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, and consumer protection claims.
• Draft and edit high-level briefs, correspondence, and written discovery responses.
• Brief class certification and summary judgment issues.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in expert interviews.
• Support oral arguments, motion practice, and overall litigation strategy.
