Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP seeks a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to support its national practice from its San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles offices. Candidates should have 3–5 years of construction law or equivalent experience, strong litigation background, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction law or equivalent experience.
• Experience litigating all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, lien, bond and stop notice claims.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Litigate construction disputes and manage case strategy for clients.
• Prepare and negotiate construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements; perform transactional work when required.
