Locations: San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Litigate all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes such as mechanic’s lien, bond, and stop notice claims, and breach of contract claims.
• Prepare and negotiate construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements.
• Participate in transactional work related to construction projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience.
• Experience litigating construction disputes and preparing or negotiating construction contracts.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills.
• Preferred: prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience.
• California Bar membership required.

Benefits and Compensation

• California compensation range: $260,000 to $365,000 annually.
