Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an events coordinator for Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA. You will manage events from initial contact through post-event follow-up, coordinate details, and prepare accurate BEOs to ensure flawless execution.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a background in hospitality or event planning are essential. Delphi experience is a plus, with strong organizational and communication skills to support fast-paced operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related experience in hospitality, conference services, or event planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Delphi software preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned events from initial client contact through post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate event details and prepare accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Communicate updates and changes promptly to internal departments.
• Welcome planners, finalize event arrangements, and provide facility orientation.
• Review billing for accuracy and address client billing inquiries.
• Support special projects and participate in planning meetings.
• Conduct site tours and planning visits for clients and vendors.
