Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a proactive Community Manager for Seven Acres in Milwaukie, OR. The role oversees staff, budgets, leasing, and resident services, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and landlord laws.

You will coordinate operations, analyze financials, and maintain property performance within owner objectives. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience managing a multi-family community or parallel experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of and willingness to enforce Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in OR.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Strong mathematical skills and basic budgeting understanding.
• Ability to use basic technology and learn new programs as needed.
• English language proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to complete company training requirements on time.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Coordinate property operations to meet ownership goals and obligations.
• Manage operations in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Assist in operating income/expense budgets and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and cash management.
• Administer budgets, review operations, and optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate revenues following lease obligations and accounts receivable policies.
• Lead site staff meetings and document minutes for corporate.
• Identify leasing prospects and respond to routine inquiries as needed.
• Supervise property vendors and supervise staff performance.
