GGP Parks in Tulsa is seeking an Events & Experience team member to plan, coordinate, and oversee diverse programming across facilities, including festivals, concerts, and community events. The role collaborates with internal departments, external partners, performers, and vendors to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key duties include walkthroughs, pre‑event planning, day‑of oversight, contract and invoice support, and close coordination with food/beverage operators.

Competenze

• 1 to 2 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in parks and recreation, event management, or related field of study
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mansioni

• Plan and implement diverse internal programming, including events such as festivals, concerts, and community programming
• Oversee events across venues ensuring consistency with facility policies, standards, and guest experience
• Coordinate event leads and tracking via TripleSeat, maintaining accurate details
• Serve as venue representative for external clients and advise on event setup, logistics, and vendor needs
• Collaborate with Production, Talent Booking, Operations, and Marketing teams for onsite event management and setup/tear-down
