This year-round, part-time position averages up to 26 hours weekly, including weekends, with emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and reliable transportation. The role may require evenings and local travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing City-sponsored events.
• Follow event plans, timelines, and assignments as scheduled.
• Set up and break down event spaces and equipment.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Assist with crowd flow, directions, and basic logistics.
• Provide high level of customer service to guests and staff.
• Assist with recreation programs and desk operations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors during event operations.
