Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct prompt, thorough investigations to determine coverage, origin, and extent of loss.
• On-site appraisal or independent adjuster coordination to determine facts, causation, damages.
• Engage and manage consultants/independent adjusters; monitor costs.
• Maintain accurate loss cost estimates and reserves for claims.
• Keep insured informed with timely written and oral communications; determine depreciation and payments.
