Job summary

Shepherd Insurance, LLC is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator to support account managers and insurance advisors in handling new and renewal commercial lines business. You will provide high-level service, maintain client files, and process documentation in accordance with agency procedures.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS 360 is preferred; college degree is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar role is desirable.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office products and agency/document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to account managers and clients.
• Maintain and organize client files and documentation.
• Process endorsements, renewals, invoices, and certificates.
• Assist in New Business workflow and communication with carriers.
• Enter activity in AMS 360 and manage reporting workflows.
