Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical is seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN to oversee mechanical projects from bid to closeout. This full-time role balances estimating with on-site coordination, and partners with customers, contractors, and field teams to deliver quality, on-time results.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and RFIs, while maintaining clear communication and a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC project management.
• Experience estimating commercial HVAC projects.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and manage budgets.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate HVAC estimates from drawings and specs.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and procure equipment and subcontractor pricing.
• Manage projects through preconstruction to closeout, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and document project progress and changes.
