Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience; 5+ years overall construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, trade scopes, labor productivity, and project requirements.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and developing comprehensive cost estimates.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
