Job summary

Caliber Collision Roswell is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to delivery. You’ll communicate repair status to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 or similar software experience is preferred to ensure accurate estimates and efficient

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and track repair status.
• Finalize total loss administration and post repair communications.
• Prepare final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and invoicing
