Paul Hastings is seeking Associates with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience to join the Structured Credit CLO team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant team and be a key member of deal teams in a leading structured finance practice and have extensive client contact and responsibilities.

In addition to collateralized loan obligations ("CLO"), our Structured Credit group handles other securitization transactions, asset-based lending transactions (bilateral and syndicated) and other sophisticated finance transactions, and our clients are leading international investment banks and asset managers. Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial and as innovative as our clients - and must have CLO experience.

This position may reside in New York, DC, LA, Chicago, or Charlotte, and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
